We offer shipping to:
- Domestic Orders: All locations within the United States.
- International Orders: We currently ship to several countries worldwide. Please note that international shipping charges and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
If you are located outside the U.S. and do not see your country listed during checkout, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time).
Shipping Costs:
- Standard shipping: Free for orders over $100.
- Expedited shipping: $15.00 (for orders under $100).
- Overnight shipping: $25.00 (for orders under $100).
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.
3. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
4. Shipping Timeframes
- Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping generally arrives within 2-3 business days. Overnight shipping arrives the next business day.
- International Orders: Delivery times for international orders vary based on the destination and customs processing. Typically, international orders arrive within 7-14 business days.
Please be aware that delivery times for international orders may be longer due to customs clearance.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website for the most up-to-date delivery information.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
- Remote Locations: For orders shipped to remote or rural locations, additional shipping charges may apply.
7. International Shipping & Duties
- Customs Duties and Taxes: International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the price of the products and will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
- Customs Delays: Occasionally, shipments may be delayed by customs processing, which is beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or border inspections.
8. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
- Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Missing Packages: If your package is lost or stolen after it has been shipped, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. If the issue is not resolved, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.
9. Order Modifications
If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to make changes, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Unfortunately, we do not offer specific date delivery options. However, you can select expedited or overnight shipping for faster delivery. -

Yes! We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 within the United States. -
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Currently, we only allow one shipping address per order. For multiple addresses, you must place separate orders.
