During special promotions or sales events, Liraautocity may offer free shipping on eligible orders or apply discounts to shipping costs.
3. Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-3 business days for us to process and prepare your items for shipment. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Please note that processing time may be longer during holidays or peak sales seasons.
4. Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days.
- Two-Day Shipping: Items will be delivered within 2 business days of shipment.
- Overnight Shipping: Items will be delivered the next business day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or delays from the carrier.
5. International Shipping
Currently, Liraautocity only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options to other countries in the future, and we will update our policy accordingly when available.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier’s website using this tracking number. If you have trouble tracking your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
- Some items may have specific shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or location.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your items. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the carrier may leave a delivery notice for you to reschedule delivery or pick up the package at their facility.
