Refund and Returns Policy for Liraautocity

At Liraautocity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a flexible return and refund policy. Please read the following terms to ensure that you understand the process and conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The item must not be marked as “final sale” or non-returnable.
  • The item must be free from any damage, odors, or signs of wear.

If your item does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to deny your return request.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@liraautocity.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please include any relevant details, such as pictures, to assist with processing.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and send it back to the provided return address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
  4. Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.
  • If the return is due to your error (e.g., wrong size chosen), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process. Once we receive your returned item, we will send you the exchanged product. Depending on availability, we will notify you if the requested item is out of stock.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or customized products

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@liraautocity.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping cost.

Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect to assist us in processing your claim efficiently.

7. International Returns

For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties or taxes incurred. Please check with your local customs office for more details regarding these charges.

8. Late Returns

Returns received more than 30 days after the delivery date may not be accepted. If accepted, the item will be refunded in the form of store credit instead of the original payment method.
