Refund and Returns Policy

At Liraautocity, we strive to provide high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy ensures you can easily return or exchange your items.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Exceptions: Certain items such as final sale, clearance items, or personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description for any specific exclusions.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@liraautocity.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will send you return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that returns without an RMA may not be processed.
  3. Return Shipping: After receiving the RMA, package the items securely in their original packaging and include the RMA number. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • Full Refund: Provided the item is in new, unused condition with original packaging.
  • Partial Refund: If the item is used or damaged, a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the product.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you can initiate an exchange by following the same return procedure. Once the original item is returned, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@liraautocity.com. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

6. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Gift Cards
  • Personalized items
  • Final sale items (if indicated at the time of purchase)

7. Late Returns

Returns made outside the 30-day return window may not be accepted. However, we will evaluate each case individually and offer assistance whenever possible.
